About This Site
Mawiyah is currently in pre-launch. The Site is provided to share our brand story, preview our debut fragrance collection, and let visitors join our email waitlist ahead of our planned launch on July 8, 2027. The Site does not currently offer products for sale.
Intellectual Property
The Mawiyah name, logo, emblem, tagline ("Every Side Has a Scent."), fragrance names (including BREATH, FLAME, POWER, NECTAR, and SHADOW), and all text, graphics, and design elements on the Site are the property of Mawiyah and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without our prior written permission.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site or its underlying systems;
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site without our permission;
- Submit false or fraudulent information through our waitlist form; or
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party platforms, such as our Instagram account. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or platform you access through these links.

The Site, and all information on it — including product descriptions, fragrance notes, launch dates, and pricing — is provided "as is" for informational purposes and is subject to change as Mawiyah continues development. We may update these Terms as Mawiyah grows — for example, once we begin selling products and need to add purchase, shipping, and return terms. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
