Processing Time
Orders are made and packed in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During high-demand periods (such as a new fragrance launch), processing may take a little longer — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Mawiyah is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, or other events outside our control. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can help look into it.
Returns & Exchanges
Because fragrance and body-care products are personal-care items, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. This helps us make sure every Mawiyah product our customers receive is sealed and untouched.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of your delivery date.
- To start a return, email us at mawiyahessenceoflife@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once we approve your return, we'll send you instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (see Damaged or Incorrect Items below).
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mawiyahessenceoflife@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, sample/travel-size items, and anything marked "Final Sale" at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
